Free estimates on non-flat rated units. If for any reason your unit cannot be repaired, there is no problem found with your unit, or no repair is done, there will be a return shipping charge of $15.00 or we can dispose of the unit for you.

Any physical or liquid damaged units may be excluded from flat rate prices.

Any physical or liquid damaged units that are currently under our one year warranty will be voided.

There is a 20% restocking fee on anything returned that has been sold by Factory Car Radios Direct. Please Note any product not Claimed within 90 days will be sold or used. Any equipment being sent back to Factory Car Radios Direct for repairs under warranty are sent back to us at the customers expense. Any refunds are minus shipping and handling and are sent to us at the customers expense so we can remove or recover our parts and return the equipment to the original state before repair. Refunds will only be given after we remove or recover our parts, and equipment will be returned to the original state of disrepair. Any or all refunds are given in the form of a company check. Any unit sent to us that is found to have no problem, will be charged a $65 bench fee.
