There is a 20% restocking fee on anything returned that has been sold by Factory Car Radios Direct. Please Note any product not Claimed within 90 days will be sold or used. Any equipment being sent back to Factory Car Radios Direct for repairs under warranty are sent back to us at the customers expense. Any refunds are minus shipping and handling and are sent to us at the customers expense so we can remove or recover our parts and return the equipment to the original state before repair. Refunds will only be given after we remove or recover our parts, and equipment will be returned to the original state of disrepair. Any or all refunds are given in the form of a company check. Any unit sent to us that is found to have no problem, will be charged a $65 bench fee. Factory Car Radios Direct is not responsible for any lost merchandise or personal property, such as CDs, navigational discs, tapes , power accessories, etc..
